A penthouse apartment where rooftop terraces and interior living spaces are designed as one continuous experience.
A penthouse in Maadi’s garden district, designed to take full advantage of its rooftop setting and treetop views. The clients wanted a home that felt open and connected to the sky — light, airy, and free of visual clutter.
The main living spaces were connected to the landscaped terrace through retractable glass walls, creating a single continuous environment when fully opened. Interior and exterior share the same pale limestone flooring so the transition is seamless.
Black steel frames and aged brass hardware run throughout as a grounding counterpoint to the lightness of the stone and linen palette. Bespoke joinery in bleached oak houses the kitchen, library, and bedroom storage, keeping surfaces clear and uninterrupted.

Whether it's a full home renovation, a commercial fit-out, or just an exploratory conversation — I'd love to hear about your space and what you're imagining for it.
