A workplace design that balances focus and collaboration for a leading financial services firm.
A full-floor workplace fitout in one of Cairo’s landmark towers, designed for a financial services firm relocating from a fragmented, aging office. The goal was a space that felt professional without being corporate — warm, focused, and genuinely enjoyable to work in.
The floor plan was reorganised around three distinct zones: a quiet focus area, a collaborative open floor, and a client-facing suite with meeting rooms. Acoustic separation between zones was achieved through a combination of material choice and carefully placed joinery screens.
Despite the corporate brief, the palette was kept warm and grounded — fluted oak panels, terrazzo floors in a custom cream-and-sand blend, and aged brass hardware throughout. Artwork was commissioned from three Egyptian painters, selected for their use of colour and texture.

Whether it's a full home renovation, a commercial fit-out, or just an exploratory conversation — I'd love to hear about your space and what you're imagining for it.
